Dunham Technique in Manhattan

Dunham Technique is a modern dance technique created by the world renowned dancer/choreographer Katherine Dunham with it's roots stemming from African and Caribbean dance movements and rhytms.

Led by teaching artist Marcea Daiter, IDTC, Dunham Technique in Manhattan will take you through the Dunham barre work series, center floor work and progressions across the floor and then integrated into choreography. Movements are broken down into percussive isolations for every part of the body
