PBDT is seeking experienced male-identifying dancers based in NYC for upcoming performances. Artists should be available beginning in April 2023. Individuals of all ethnicities and backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Pony Box Dance Theatre is the umbrella name for our bicoastal nonprofit arts organization whose mission is to share the joy and healing power of dance with everyone. Led by Jamie Carabetta, the NYC-based company is comprised of all male-identifying artists and is recognized for their physically powerful, visually compelling and soulful aesthetic. PBDT is celebrating our 10th Anniversary with performances in LA and NYC this season.

AUDITION DETAILS

April 1 (2pm-6pm) OR April 4 (10am-2pm)

Location: Gibney Dance Center, 280 Broadway

*Dancers are required to attend 1 of the 2 audition slots. Callbacks will be held on Thursday, April 6 from 10am-2pm.

COMPENSATION

Rehearsal: $20-25/hour, depending on experience

Performance: $150-250
