NimbusPRESENTS: APAP Showcase @ the Ailey Studios, January 5th & 6th

Announcing NimbusPRESENTS: APAP Showcase @ the Alvin Ailey January 5th & 6th

7 choreographers/companies will be selected for Nimbus’ 2018 APAP Showcase. Showcases take place Saturday, January 5th from 6pm-10pm and Sunday January 14th from 6pm-10pm at the Ailey Studios- situated in Midtown – just blocks away from the New York Hilton Midtown and Sheraton New York Times Square.

Groups selected for the curated performance receive a 20 minute technical rehearsal and a 20 minute performance spot in the showcase along with marketing support at the APAP conference.

Promotional Support:

~Email Blast to all APAP Conference Attendees including presenters (5,000) with groups’ name and showcase info.

~Group Included on Print and Digital Marketing materials Advertising the Showcase

~Marketing Materials Distributed at Nimbus’ Expo booth: 300 Rhinelander Hall

~Press Release Sent out to all Nimbus Presenter Contacts (150) and Patron List (1,000)

~APAP online showcase listing

~20 minute Tech/spacing rehearsal

~20 minute performance slot

Applications Due: Thursday, December 20. A Deposit of $300.00 is required upon acceptance into the showcase. A deposit of $500.00 is required for a time slot on both days.
