The Boutique Roster is an up-and-coming group of exciting and diverse dance companies ready to tour!

As part of Jodi Kaplan & Associates' Boutique Roster, your company will be represented at conferences such as APAP, Arts Midwest, and the Performing Arts Exchange. JK&A will introduce your art to both domestic and international presenters while serving as an advocate of your work.

Jodi and her Associates will assist in establishing the right contacts in the world of performing arts presentation, equipping Boutique Roster artists with everything they need to follow through to complete booking arrangements. The agency will help promote upcoming shows via social media and personal invitations to select presenters, creating valuable connections that could ideally lead to greater opportunities for your company.

Participation on the Boutique Roster includes a pitch session, a review of your booking goals, and discussion of presenter interest. Additionally, quarterly conference call seminars for Boutique Roster Artists will cover a variety of booking topics, giving artists enhanced knowledge in order to reach their artistic goals.

As a Boutique Roster artist, your company is also automatically invited to participate (at an additional fee) in the Booking Dance Festival at Jazz at Lincoln Center that Jodi Kaplan & Associates produces during New York City's annual APAP conference.

There is a one-year commitment from July 2019 through July 2020. Applications are accepted now through July 1st, 2019 and applicants will be notified of acceptance July 15th, 2019. Cost is an annual fee of $3,500, payable on/before July 20th, 2019. There is a $200 "First-timers Fee" for all new companies, which covers the cost of the introductory workshop "Being on the Boutique Roster," press kit feedback, and an extended pitch session.
