“Artistry, Ancestry, and Community”

A three day virtual event spanning May 13-15, 2021, “Artistry, Ancestry, and Community” celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Month by highlighting notable and rising AAPI artists working in the field of dance.

Featuring two evenings of excerpted works, the final evening will culminate in an intimate fireside chat with all featured artists centering on topics of liminality, LGBTQ+ perspectives on creative practice, and shared experiences on navigating duality and identity.
