CounterPointe is an annual performance series dedicated to presenting the latest experimental, innovative, risk-taking choreography that shows a depth of investment in ballet by women dance makers working with the pointe shoe. The program features 6 works by women choreographers and visual artists. Each pair has 2-3 months to create a new work which premieres on this program.
