CLASS DESCRIPTION: This class will begin upright and will make its way down to the ground. Together we will find mobility and flexibility throughout our body to prepare us to launch in and out of the floor. Generous room space is preferable, but certainly not required. Creative adjustments are always encouraged during these times. a??
