Free All-Ages Afro-Caribbean Class: Moving Together Online

Join Dancewave Wednesdays in April for FREE all-ages online dance classes in a range of dynamic global movement styles - all in celebration of its 25th anniversary.  Open to all via Zoom! Register at dancewave.org to gain access to the live classes, including Bollywood (April 8); Dancehall (April 15); Latin Dance (April 22); and Afro-Caribbean (April 29), all taking place 4:00-5:00PM E.S.T.

Moving Together online community dance classes are accessible for all ages and abilities. Open to all via Zoom and Facebook Live!

Join us Wednesday, April 29 for AFRO-CARIBBEAN with Kameica Reid:

Teaching Artist Kameica Reid will lead us through high-energy movements and music of the African Diaspora, emphasizing a sensation of groundedness.

Kameica Reid is a Jamaican-born, NYC-based choreographer and performing artist. She has represented Jamaica across the world, performing in China, South Africa, North America and all throughout the Caribbean as well as at Jamaica’s internationally acclaimed shows including Reggae Sumfest, Jazz and Blues festivals, Reggae Sunsplash and Welcome to Jamrock.
