ATDF Artists in Residence Felipe Galganni (Brazil) and Kazu Kumagai (Japan) perform, and share how their cultural roots of Brazil and Japan influence their artistic expressions though tap dance.

Explore Tap Dance is a new family fun series curated by the ATDF to explore the rich and diverse world of Tap Dance.  Featuring a variety of live performances from our ATDF artists in residence & The Tap City Youth Ensemble; film clips, discussion and demonstrations about the history of Tap Dance, and audience participation!  Each presentation will explore a different aspect about Tap Dance.  Expect a feast of rhythm and ideas, fun for the whole family.  Free to ATDF students & families.  Open to the public, donations recommended.
