Lobby Series: Mariachi Infante

Mariachi Infante United Palace

Mariachi Infante has been around since 1996 founded by Raymundo Ramos. The mariachi ensemble was constructed by Raymundo's two eldest sons and youngest cousin, the first kid Mariachi in NYC. Today, Mariachi Infante continues to perform at diverse events, such as birthday parties, restaurant venues, public events and much more, spreading the tradition of mariachi. From Harlem, New York City, Mariachi Infante is proud to continue to perform the beautiful and rich musical culture of Mexico! "Que Viva el Mariachi!"

Mariachi Infante will perform songs of artists such as: Juan Gabriel, Antonio Aguilar, Pedro Infante, Jose Alfredo Jimenez, and traditional numbers from Mexico.

The Monday night “Lobby Series” showcases local artists performing music, dance, spoken word, and other art forms for 100-125 guests in our Grand Foyer. With few stages uptown, the series is an important way for local artists to share work with neighbors and try out new material.
