Ballet Workout is a beginner and open level class for adults who are new to ballet or returning to ballet. Class begins with a basic barre sequence, followed by movement exercises in center. Focused on developing flexibility, alignment, strength, balance and posture, Ballet Workout is a great complement to your existing fitness practice.
