Mentor a Creative Teen!

One Black man with glasses looks at a piece of art on a white wall with a young Black student.

Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? Are you interested in mentoring a teen? Look no further than OnTRaC!

Each year ArtsConnection hosts a program called OnTRaC: College and Career Readiness. This program is designed to help teens interested in entering the creative industry. They meet twice a week in workshops covering college applications, resumes, portfolios, and more. Each teen is paired with a mentor working in the industry that they are interested in.

Are you interested in becoming a mentor? Applications are OPEN!

What is a mentor?

OnTRaC Mentors act as a guide and resource for OnTRaC Mentees as they learn important skills and lessons in preparation forcollege and/or a career in the arts. Mentors play an incredibly important role in encouraging mentees to chase their dreams while helping them define their college and career objectives. Become an OnTRaC Mentor and enjoy the opportunity to significantly impact a young person’s development!

This document outlines what you can expect from this program.
