Front Desk/Studio Operations Administrator

Mind Your Body Pilates & Gyrotonic studio is hiring a Front Desk Administrative position. The studio thrives on the upper east side NYC community and it has been a movement home for many residents for years. The owner is hands on with the studio, teaches, trains staff and future Pilates instrutors from a linear background and also remains a presence at the front desk. She takes the administrative portion of this position seriously, aiming to follow up with clients, the upkeep of the two locations, conveniently located on Lexington Ave., in the 90s and to ensure the staff is trained and given support when needed. In turn, she is looking for someone who can support her passion to the studio and take pride in their work when she cannot be present.

The best fit is someone with studio experience, marketing, sales and customer service. Small business etiquette is a priority as well. We are looking for an outgoing individual, who can demonstrate strong, personable skills and is a team player, who can also work independently, efficiently and is able to organize and prioritize tasks.
