Afro'Dance Emerges: Angel Kaba Performance Workshop

This Afro'Dance performance workshop will focus on the new generation of African influences and Street Dance from Congo, Ivory Coast and Angola. You will work on musicality, rhythms, how to use your body weight efficiently and gain more stage confidence. The cultural, social and free-spirited side of this workshop creates an environment where students can grow, dance, learn, have fun and feel free at the same time.
Angel Kaba, an international creative and artistic director, has collaborated with artists such as Coolio, Orishas, Kaye Styles, Rihanna, Kayne West, Taye Diggs and others. Further notable experiences involve stage, television, commercial performances and dancing for world renowned brands like Coca Cola, Levi's, Fructis by Garnier, Nutella, Universal, RocNation, MTV, NBC and Snapchat. Kaba began her artistic career with Ballet at the tender age of six, which she pursued for more than 15 years. She also studied music theory and theater at the Music Academy of Brussels in Belgium.
