SUBMISSIONS FOR DANCE SPEAKS 2024 ARE NOW CLOSED. 

DANCE SPEAKS is a PAID, day-long, one-of-a-kind creative writing workshop for dancers that encourages participants to identify and celebrate their individual voices.

Just because dance is a silent artform doesn’t mean the dancer has to be silent! Through choreographic and improvisational movement exercises, dancers will tap into their creativity, draft written pieces, and receive feedback from professional writers and dancers.

Dancers will also be gifted a physical anthology of their creative writing upon completing the workshop, along with monetary compensation ($75 per participant). Space is limited, so click here to sign up now!
