SICA, The Shore Institute of Contemporary Arts is currently seeking submissions for a new dance/performance series called "Sudden Movements... a platform for movement artist". This is a new monthly showcase of dance performance to be held third Saturday of each month. Dancers, dance groups, or companies are welcome to exhibit their performances of 15 minutes or less. Submissions will be accepted of "first come first serve" basis through our website, and we can only accept the first 90 minutes of dance submitted. Dancers can only perform once during the season series (eg. Spring series (May, June, July), Summer Series (July, August, September), Fall Series (Nov, Dec, Jan) etc.) There is no submission fee or admission fee for the performers.
