The EMD Summer Choreographic Workshop is an event that offers participants a chance to expand their choreographic ability while under the watchful eye of renowned choreographer Elisa Monte as well as guest choreographers: Kyle Abraham, Sidra Bell, Camille A. Brown, Nelly van Bommel and Pavel Zustiak.

During this process, participants will have access to daily movement labs where they can explore different ways to create and manipulate movement while receiving feedback artist to artist lead by a facilitator; discussion sessions lead by rotating guest choreographers, culminating in a performance opportunity.

When: June 27th – July 8th , Monday – Friday: 10am – 1pm daily

Where: Red Bean Studios, 320 West 37th St. between 8th and 9th Ave.

Cost: $300 per person
