newsteps - emerging choreographers' series at Chen Dance Center announces auditions for the Spring 2012 season. This semi-annual series (est. 1994) is dedicated to providing support and performance opportunities for experimental, innovative, and risk-taking artists. NOFee required. Selected artists will receive free rehearsal space, an honorarium, lighting designer, and will be presented in 3 public performances, April 12-14, 2012.
