Elm City Dance Collective presents Rebound Dance Festival 2012
 
 CALL FOR CHOREOGRAPHERS to apply for Elm City Dance Collective's Rebound Dance Festival 2012
Application deadline: Friday, January 13, 2012
Decisions will be made by January 30, 2012
 
The Rebound Dance Festival performance will take place on March 24, 2012: Arts Hall (ECA) on Audubon St in New Haven, CT.
 
All work selected for the festival must be 10 minutes (or less) in length. Your video sample must reflect the 10 minutes you wish to perform (no edits).
If selected, you must be available on Friday, March 23 for spacing and lighting and Saturday, March 24, 2012 for the show.
 
Required Application Materials:
 
1) Name and location of choreographer(s)
2) number of performers
3) technical needs
4) a written proposal/description of work (150 words)
5) 10 minute DVD sample of work (rehearsal footage is accepted)
6) Application fee: $15 (checks made out to Elm City Dance Collective, no cash)

Rebound Dance Festivalwas created in 2007 by Judie Clark of Clark Dance Theatre (New Haven) and was recently taken over by Elm City Dance Collective in 2011.

Elm City Dance Collectiveis a New Haven based organization that values an experiential and collaborative approach to dance creation, education and performance.
ECDC works to challenge ideas about movement and reinvent the performance experience
 
Rebound Dance Festival activities include:
Friday, March 23 - Contact Jam, 8pm
Saturday, March 24 - master classes, 9-1:30
4pm meet and greet
4:30pm Dress rehearsal
7:30pm Performance

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method.
