Male Dancer/Performer Needed

The Kitsune Ensemble, a Japanese and American chamber group performing music inspired by rare facets of Japanese culture and history, seeks a New York-based male dancer for a concert and workshop at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC on April 15. We will film excerpts of the piece in New York on April 17.

The role does not require dazzling physical technique. Slow, understated, and elegant movements will define the performance, and strong improvisational skills are a must.

Auditions will be held in New York the afternoon of Sunday March 4.

This is a paid position.
