Female performers are needed for an upcoming project presented by chashama and supported in part by The National Endowment for the Arts, happening April 3 - 8, 2012in the garment district of New York City, performance hours 3 pm - 7 pm daily.

Participants are needed to wear a specialized costume and stand for one to two hour shifts (with breaks.)

Participants are needed to operate a sewing machine using a straight stitch for one to four hour shifts (with breaks.) Being a sewing expert is not required.
