VashtiDance Theater is seeking musicians with experience accompanying dance in performance and class settings. VashtiDance Theater performs and teaches movement that is based on African and contemporary dance and is interested in musicians who have experience with World Music but that are also creative, open-minded, and committed. Performances and classes are paid and there are a number of upcoming performances in and outside of the New York City area this season.
