Call For Choreographers!  

 

Sobers & Godley in collaboration with Miami Dance Studio presents, Dance Soirée: Miami Edition.

Dance Soiree, originally started in New York City, is a juried series that provides emerging and mid-career 

artists an economical and accessible platform to present their original work/work in progress for written 

feedback from an audience.

 

We are currently seeking choreography submissions (8min Max) to be performed in the 

Dance Soirée: Miami Edition on April 27th at Miami Dance Studio. 

(*this is a low tech raw showing, please keep that in consideration when applying) 

 

The entry piece can either be an existing work or a proposal for a new work. 

New works require a short written proposal plus two existing work samples.  

 

Choreographers will receive a HD DVD of their work from the show.

Also, there will be Audience Award honorarium of $100 awarded to one choreographer.
