MARK DENDY PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY

HIGH PROFILE EXPOSURE AND MAJOR NY PRESS COVERAGE DANCING ALONGSIDE SEASONED PROFESSIONAL DANCERS

Bessie and OBIE award-winning choreographer Mark Dendy is holding auditions for dancers for a new site-specific work to be performed in New York City this summer.  Rehearsals will take place July 20-24 with the performances taking place on July 24 & 25.

This grand scale site-specific work for 80 dancers to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the American Dance Festival will be performed at the nation’s premiere arts center and performance venue (named after the ***tenth President - but we can’t announce publically until April 30th)

Free Company Class everyday.
DVD of the final performance.

May 13 & May 14, 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
*Be ready to move. Please be available to stay for the entirety of the audition. We do not need to see you on both days.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program  Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training.  Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat  Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231  Investment: $450 per weekend  You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
