DNSE is a unique dance studio, that offers dance classes in a variety of styles ranging from ballet to contemporary to street jazz, all in French. Whether a Francophone looking to enjoy dance classes in their native tongue, or Francophiles wanting to learn the basics of the French language in a fun and dynamic atmosphere, DNSE will have the perfect class for you.

Conveniently located right at Penn Station in NYC, in the prestigious Pearl Studios, all ages and levels are welcome.

DNSE est un centre de danse unique qui offre différents cours de danse, allant du contemporain au street jazz, en passant par le classique, le tout en francais! Que vous soyez un francophone qui désire prendre un cours dans sa propre langue ou un francophile qui souhaite apprendre les basiques de notre langue dans une atmosphère sympa et dynamique, DNSE aura la classe parfaite pour vous!

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals. This one-year, 600+ hour program covers all Pilates apparatus and offers a complete, in-depth training experience. Flexible options are available to complete Mat training at Aline or through another approved program. Space is limited- secure your spot and take the next step in your teaching journey!
