Wanted! Fall intern for the Hoover Dam Collective.

Seeking a motivated individual to intern for a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary arts collective. Strong writing skills essential, as well as knowledge of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Knowledge of Mail Chimp and iMovie11 is a huge plus.

Intern will be tasked with providing content for a blog- excellent opportunity for building a portfolio and gaining hands-on writing and interviewing experience

Meet and get to know artists of various disciplines all around the city, work with fun and talented people, get to know the underground DIY arts scene in NYC

Unpaid ( possible stipend plus lots of free coffee and drinks)

Duties:

Interviewing artists, writing artist profiles, drafting newsletters and blog entries.

Taking charge of our social media, including our YouTube page, Facebook page and Twitter

Promo work, hanging flyers, posting stickers, etc
