Deadline Extended - submissions due September 30th!

Movies By Movers is seeking FILM submissions for it's 4th annual festival to be held in Winston Salem, North Carolina December 6th and 7th 2013

We seek films of any movement genre for our Short-Shorts Program (5 minutes or under) and our Regular Shorts Program (5-18 minutes).

To submit a film, please go to the "submissions" tab on our website:www.moviesbymovers.org.

If you are unable to submit electronically, please send submission fee (make checks out to 87 Dance Productions) and DVD to:

All submissions are due by September 30th 2013. Accepted projects will be announced October 30th. Schedule of events to come shortly after.

Awards for best Short-Short and Best Regular Short will be chosen by audience vote.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals. This one-year, 600+ hour program covers all Pilates apparatus and offers a complete, in-depth training experience. Flexible options are available to complete Mat training at Aline or through another approved program. Space is limited- secure your spot and take the next step in your teaching journey!
