Pilar is currently a part of The Field's Emerging Artist Residency and is also director of the Dance/Theater company Ensemble Dance.

She is creating two works, one for a collaboration with C4 (The Choral Composer/Conductor Collective) that will perform with the chorus in New York City on November 21 and 23, 2013, and the other for the Emerging Artist Residency Showcase at Abrons Arts Center January 24 and 25, 2014. 

Pilar is specifically seeking dancers for the November concert, with the potential for an extension of the collaboration until the end of the residency, which culminates in performance on January 24 and January 25, and perhaps beyond, with Ensemble Dance's future projects.
