Workstudy: FREE Circus Classes and Space

TheMuseBrooklyn is a Dance, Circus, and Music space established in November 2011. We promote the collaboration and integration of circus, music, dance, and all other performing arts.

We are looking to add to our group of workstudies. Work study is a great opportunity to be a part of the community, while being able to take classes and train at more affordable costs.

As a workstudy you are essentially the face of the Muse. Applicant must be motivated, team oriented and have good admin, organization and cleaning skills. Especially an interest in exploring the circus world!

Currently we're looking for people to commit to two shifts per week. Each shift is 6 hours and our time slots are 11am-5pm and 5pm-11pm Monday through Saturday, 11am-5pm on Sunday.

This would be for a minimum of a 6 month commitment.

If you or anyone you know might be interested in a position as a work study, or would like further details, please send an email with the subject "WORKSTUDY APPLICATION" to themusebrooklyn@gmail.com with your resume attached

In a banner with text that reads: Dark Room Ballet Collegium 2025, there are 5 small images of each instructor: Shannon crouches on the floor holding a microphone with neon yellow/green tulle draped across their body and smushing their face. They speak/sing into the microphone with their eyes closed. * Hannah stands on a large rock in a mountain meadow, surrounded by wildflowers and tall pine trees. She stands with her left leg held straight and supporting her, while her right leg is lifted high to the side, nearly horizontal. Her left arm curves overhead, and her right arm stretches toward her raised foot, creating a diagonal line across her body. She wears leggings, a short-sleeve shirt, trail shoes, and sunglasses, with her hair in two braids. The sky is clear, and snow-capped mountains are visible in the distance. * A headshot photo of Davian
