WHITE WAVE Young Soon Kim Dance Company is seeking a Development Associate.

The Development Associate job is an evolving position, leading an established fundraising program while thinking strategically about ways to expand our audience, and ways to generate new income. The Development Associate will manage the department by maintaining the current years budget and preparing budgets for future years. In addition, the Development Associate will write grants, prepare grant reports, and maintain the companys involvement with current funders. In addition, the Development Associate will work closely with the accounting sectors of the company and direct budget maintenance.
