Soul Arts Academy: Summer Camp Internship: Astor Place NYC

Downtown performing arts school Soul Arts Academy is seeking creative, talented, exuberant and passionate interns for its highly popular "Summer at Soul Arts" -  for children ages 4-12. Duties include assisting staff in caring and managing children, assisting in camp activities/games/art project, light administrative and manpower duties. The camp runs for (6) 1-week session:

June 30 -Aug 8 2014- Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 4:00 am

440 Studios, 440 Lafayette Street @Astor Place

Applicants MUST:

* Love and work well with children

* Be creative, unique, cheerful and outgoing

* Be punctual, responsible, resourceful and self-driven

* Love dance, drama, art, yoga, music, swimming, exciting fieldtrips,  and soulful spirits

* Be able to commit to at least 3 of our 6 one week long sessions. Candidates who are able to fully commit to all 6 weeks will be considered first.

- Session 1: June 30 - July 4
- Session 2: July 7 - July 11-
- Session 3: July 14 - July 18
- Session 4: July 22 - July 26
- Session 5: July 28 - Aug 1
- Session 6: Aug 4 - Aug 8
