Refine Method Receptionist Needed

 

Refine Method, an award-winning upscale boutique fitness studio specializing in an athletic brand of circuit training using our custom equipment system, is seeking well-qualified candidates to join our reception team. This is a part-time job.

 

Founded by Brynn Jinnett, a former professional dancer and Harvard grad, Refine takes the latest research in exercise science and applies it to the needs of our New York clientele. Each class is a perfect blend of cardio, strength and flexibility and our dedicated instructors personalize the workout to fit our clients’ individual goals and needs. Named "Best New Workout" by New York Magazine and praised as "New York's Smartest Workout," Refine has been featured in Elle, Marie Claire, SELF, Women's Health, Fitness, Sports Illustrated, Inc and The New York Post.

 

The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated and has a passion for fitness. Must have superior organizational and customer service skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks. Prior hospitality or fitness experience is ideal. Knowledge of MindBody software is also a plus but not required.

 

Responsibilities include:

-Providing high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Refine clients

-Representing the Refine brand in all client interactions

-Checking in clients for classes

-Executing client followup procedures

-Light studio maintenance and operation

 

Highly competitive hourly compensation plus unlimited fitness classes.
