The 2014 TBDC Summer Intensive offers a unique opportunity for advanced students and professionals to experience Trisha Brown’s principals related especially to solo exploration, compositional structure and improvisation.  Students will investigate the choreographic and movement tools of Trisha’s work guided by TBDC alumni.  In addition to technique and repertory, classes will specifically engage with Trisha's rich body of multidisciplinary work to uncover new compositional outlets and help students accomplish individual creative goals. Particular attention will be paid to the development of movement vocabulary into phrase material.
