Freed of London, an internationally renowned ballet pointe shoe, dance shoe and dance wear company - seeks a Sales Associate at their Long Island City / Queens, NY Headquarters office and showroom (subways 7, G, E, M, N, Q) to perform the following duties:

-Retail / Sales Customer Service
-Pulling and Processing Sales orders (Mail and phone)
-Showroom Salesperson and Pointe Shoe Fitter (will train)
-Prior experience working in retail / customer service a plus 
-Knowledge of dance a plus, particularly ballet and pointe shoes (does not have to be Freed brand)

For immediate hire.  Start date late February, 2015.  Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5pm, Fridays 9-3pm, second Saturday per month 10-4pm and some possible summer travel to prestigious US summer dance programs. Benefits includes. Salary commesurate with experience.
