YUNG-LI DANCE is seeking professional dancers Alexandra Vainshtein

Audition Date: Thursday June 19th, 2014

Start Time / End Time: 4:00-6:00pm (Sign in from 4:00-4:15pm)

Location: PMT Studio, 69 West 14th Street, New York NY 10011

YUNG-LI DANCE is seeking professional dancers for performances on July 19th (Queens Museum of Art), August 16th (NYC Summer Streets), and additional future projects in 2014.

We are looking for both male and female dancers with a strong practice in contemporary dance techniques and excellent improvisational skills.  Dancers must be punctual with proven ability to work as a group.

Audition will run as a class, including warm-up, exercise combinations, phrase works, crossing floor, and improvisational sections. 

Rehearsals will begin in the middle of June and run through the performance in August.  

Pay for Performances.   

Past YLD venues include the Jacob’s Pillow Inside Out Series, Queens Museum of Art, Delaware Art Museum, FLICfest Festival, NYC Summer Streets, Broadway in Bryant Park, Smithsonian Magazine’s Museum Day Live! At Grand Central Station, Baruch College Performing Arts Center, American Dance Guild Festival, and Dixon Place.
