Who We Are: pushing progress is the leader in contemporary dance training in New York City. Our training programs are unique in that we focus on training the whole dancer: mind, body, artist. We do this by offering a 3-year training program, intensives and our annual showcase series. For more information about pushing progress go here. 

What We Are Looking For: pushing progress is seeking two interns for their 2014-2015 year to support in social media, marketing and general administrative duties. This interniship will be 10-15 hrs per week, most of the work will be self-guided and can be done around your schedule. There will be one 2-hour mandatory meeting weekly with Director Calen Kurka and Co-Director Elani Engelken.

Candidates Are:

-Organized, self-motivated and reliable

-Creative and innovative

-Excellent communicators both written and verbal

-Personable and positive

-Have previous experience in administrative work, social media and/or marketing
