The Group Theatre Too is currently seeking choreographers for its 8th annual Choreographer's Canvas taking place on Sunday, April 26th, 2015 at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center in New York City. This is a showcase opportunity for choreographers to present their work in an Off-Broadway venue while being seen by invited industry professionals. All styles of dance will be considered and featured in the Choreographer's Canvas including tap, jazz, theatre dance, hip-hop, contemporary, ballet, lyrical, modern, aerial, flamenco, swing, Bollywood. There is a $25 non-refundable entry fee. Choreographers will be selected and announced in January 2015. SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 15th, 2014. In addition to providing a state of the art Off-Broadway theatre, the Group Theatre Too provides liability insurance, all music licensing, video/photo performance package, promotional materials and complimentary tickets for industry professionals. If chosen, the $25 non-refundable entry fee will be applied to a $125 participation fee required for all chosen participating choreographers.
