Eisenhower Dance  is a contemporary repertory company based in the Detroit Metropolitan area. The Company boasts a diverse repertory by nationally-known choreographers

Current repertory includes works by  Edgar Zendejas, Ron de Jesus, Gina Patterson, Jamey Hampton, Lauren Edson and artistic director Laurie Eisenhower, among many others. Mature dancers should have a strong background in ballet and modern technique, along with performance experience. Ability to relocate to the Detroit area and transportation is required for Company members. Dancers are contracted from Mid-August through June. The contract length is variable but is generally between 35-45 weeks with international touring. Apprentice positions and Summer Intensive acceptance will also be considered during the audition.
