STREB, a not-for-profit arts organization, supports the work of choreographer Elizabeth Streb, tours nationally and internationally, and produces education and community programs both at its home, the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics (SLAM) located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and throughout New York City.

Position:

Reporting to and in partnership with the Co-Managing Directors, the Development Manager will design and implement fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute STREB’s annual fundraising plan to include:

Secure financial support from government, foundation, corporate and individual sources
Oversee support staff
Liaise with Board of Directors
Create and implement strategy for board development
Create and execute a strategy for individual support
Oversee organization of special events

Qualifications:

3 - plus years experience in development
Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills
