Hip Hop Teacher Needed
Cora School for Dance in Red Hook, Brooklyn is accepting applications for experienced Hip Hop teachers for beginnger (ages 5-8), intermediate (ages 9-12), and advanced (ages 13+) students.
The Cora School for Dance strives to be an exceptional dance school that feels like a second home. Students receive strong technical instruction while expanding their creativity and sense of community through dance and related art. Cora focuses on creating opportunities for people to interact, learn, and grow through dance while addressing the impediments that limit access to arts for all. The Cora School is a pay-what-you-can facility, meaning we turn no one away based on ability to pay and offer sliding scale classes for everyone. Looking for:
-Experience teaching children's Hip Hop ages 5+
-Availability Wednesday evenings
-Training in multiple styles of dance (modern/contemporary technique a plus)
-Availability to commit to the Spring term (January - June)
