I'm casting for a silent black and white short film (~5 minutes) which will be submitted to global film festivals. The film features 4 performance artists expressing their emotions through movement, and 1 young flutist. The film's narrative is told through the performers' movement and musical score.

This will be shot in NYC, likely Manhattan. For most of the performers, this is a 1-day indoor shoot, set in an apartment. 

We are seeking performers over 40 years old, including over 60 years old, male and female.

If you are interested, please send a link of some of your dance/movement expression. We are looking for performances that may elicit emotional responses, that register as honest. It is not about 'perfect' movements or dance steps. 

Though not a large compensation, there is potential for exposure via the film festival circuit.
