Local film producer seeks an intern or volunteer to assist with publicity and promotion for independent dance film currently in pre-production. The film involves a small crew and corps of dancers shooting in Manhattan.  It will be completed in Fall 2016 and ready for entry into festivals.

The intern’s primary duties will be:

- Researching appropriate festivals and managing entries

- Promoting the film via social media

- Creating a basic film website/Facebook page

Skills required include:

- Research ability

- Attention to detail and follow-through

- Professional-level writing and speaking for e-mail and phone communications

- Proficiency in social media and basic website design

This very part-time internship runs roughly Sept. 15-Nov. 15, but dates and hours are negotiable.
