Norte Maar for Collaborative Projects in the Arts announces a call for choreographers for its 5th Season of CounterPointe: new work by women choreographers and their collaborations with artists, April 7-9, 2017 at the Actor’s Fund Arts Center, Brooklyn. We are interested in producing a program which represents the cultural diversity of NYC. There is no house style, though the pointe shoe must be at the heart of the work. (You must be able to collaborate with a New York metro area-based artist.)

Interested women choreographers should have a track record of presenting work and for this edition of CounterPointe, must have interest in collaborating with a visual artist. If selected you will be paired with a collaborator. Norte Maar will curate this pairing.
