Donna Uchizono Company is seeking female dancers of color for a new piece with preview performances in 2017 and premiere in Spring 2018. Dancers must have strong technique.

To apply, please submit a resumé and photo. A short video clip (example: Youtube or Vimeo) is preferred, though not required. Send to Donna Uchizono Company at ducauditions@gmail.com with "AUDITION" in the subject line before 5pm on Wednesday, January 4.  Auditions will take place by invitation only on Saturday, January 7 with call backs on Monday, January 9, 2017. Applicants will receive notice by midday Friday, January 6 with audition details if invited. Serious inquires only.

Rehearsals will take place starting January 2017 with a week-long intensive workshop from January 6-10, continuing with rehearsals on Mon, Wed, Fri. There will be lecture demonstrations and open rehearsals in Summer and Fall 2017.
