Looking for male professional dancer with unusual capacity to relate to a partner and enjoy experimentation (no age limit). The project is titled “Distilling Chemistry: Getting to the Heart of Partnering” and its goal is to develop choreography that illustrates what is involved in connecting intimately with another person and how we are transformed in the process. We will use lead and follow improvisational structures inspired by tango as a springboard to deepen and broaden our understanding of roles and question if we can arrive at a way of training "chemistry".

The team will consist of three people: Valeria Solomonoff who is an argentine tango specialist, Orlando Pabotoy who is a physical theater specialist and You... Your dance background, your capacity to “listen and respond” creatively and your curiosity will have a great impact in the work created.

Rehearsals period will be from January 23 to May 12, 2017. Performance in May (date TBD)

Auditions: Saturday 12/17 11am - 2pm and Wednesday, 12/21 3pm - 7pm.
