The 4th annual Queensboro Dance Festival performances are July 19-20 at The Landing/Hunter's Point Park waterfront and October 5-8 at The Secret Theatre in Long Island City, Queens, throughout a season of free classes and special events around Queens for participants!  Our mission is to strengthen the dance community in Queens and garner a greater appreciation for Queens dance. 

All cultural and contemporary dance styles encouraged.  Join in with your local dance community!

Participant Requirements:

- Choreographer or Dance Company must be based in Queens (mailing address)

- Video footage link of proposed work required in application

- Dance works have a 12-minute max

- If accepted, a $50 production fee is due via PayPal

  *Queens or NYC Premieres preferred

The Queensboro Dance Festival offers participants:

- Between 1-3 performance evenings with 1 tech rehearsal

- Access to see all performances and 1 guest comp ticket

- A season of events including free dance classes, site visits, and parties at various Queens venues to network with fellow Queens dancers, organizations, and media

- Opportunity to receive photo and video footage

- Additional neighborhood performance opportunities to engage with the local public
