Nia & Ness Company Fundraiser Call for Artists! 

Nia & Ness, a Brooklyn-based dancer-poet duo, is seeking artists to perform at their fundraiser on May 19. The event will be held from 9-11 p.m. at The Red Umbrella, located at 200 Morgan Ave. in East Williamsburg, in Brooklyn. Artists can be from a variety of disciplines, and interdisciplinary pieces are welcomed.

The themes for the night are "strength, intimacy and love." Potential pieces must fit into one or more of these themes and the artist's set must be no longer than 10 minutes. Artists will not be paid, though each performer will receive a drink ticket as well as professional documentation of their work.

Artists must submit a work sample of the piece/s they will perform that night, as well as a short bio and a brief explanation of what strength, intimacy and love mean to them. To apply and if you have any questions about this opportunity, email: submit@thecreatorscollective.org
