The CALL FOR CHOREOGRAPHERS for the 11th Season is OPEN! 

The DEADLINE for Submissions is Friday, May 5th, 2017.

This year’s festival will include the Main Event performances and Level UP, a commissioned evening for three artists.

The Festival offers performances in New York City at the Ailey Citigroup Theater and Huntsville, Texas at Sam Houston State University. This is an exciting opportunity for choreographers to present larger and smaller works in a fully produced dance festival, teach master classes, and be considered for future residencies.

As a part of our continued mission to find up-and-coming choreographic talent at the international level, the Dance Gallery Festival is proud to continue our Level UP program. Level UP serves as a performance showcase for three talented choreographers that are ready to advance to the next level in the development and promotion of their work. Each company will receive 25 minutes of performance time in the Level UP concert and a Commission Fee of $1000. 

Festival Dates: October 27-29, 2017 in TX, and November 2-5, 2016 in NYC
