The Vanessa Long Dance Company's Long2 Company works with gifted performers to give them the extra push they need to join the professional dance world. Our Pre-Professional company is a stepping stone into the professional company. Focus is placed on technique, musicality, performance, and audition prep. The company works mainly in contemporary dance with a mix of jazz and theater. Those selected for the Long2 Company will have the opportunity to perform several times throughout the season, build their resumes, network, and work with choreographers who also run their own professional company. Opportunity to dance with the professional company will be also possible. In addition at the end of the season we will be selecting one company member from the Long2 company to join the professional company for the 2018-2019 season.

Season run October 26th-April 12th. Rehearsals are Wednesdays 4pm-6pm in Manhattan.
