Hello NYC!

We're seeking tall ladies, approximately 5'7'' - 5'9'', for a short bhangra video.

Bhangra is a traditional Indian dance form originating in the Punjab region, characterized by lots of energy and lively movement. Dance experience is a must. A background in bhangra is not required, but Bollywood and/or hip-hop training is most helpful.

Rehearsals and shoot dates will be based on dancers' schedules, but we're looking at Wednesdays and/or Saturdays for rehearsals most or all of August, time TBD. Video shoot will take place at the end of August or soon after in September.

No pay, but experience working with one of NYC's best bhangra choreographers, great publicity from the video, and freedom to have video footage for personal use.
